How It Works
It only takes a moment to submit an e-mail request. Give us your name, contact information, and a description of the positions you need to fill. Keep it simple, but give all pertinent details. You'll hear from one of our professional recruiters within 48 hours. We will assess your needs and review our extensive healthcare resource files to provide the right candidates for your positions. Care-Corps pre-screens every applicant so we won't waste your time with professionals that don't meet your needs.

After an applicant is reviewed by our staff, we re-interview the candidate to make sure his or her skill set matches your job requirements. We then present the qualifications and, if you are interested in pursuing our candidate for the position, a phone interview is usually the next step, arranged with the primary contact person at the medical facility.

Care-Corps Healthcare Staffing verifies references and reviews every applicant's clinical skills checklist to make sure we are providing the right candidate for your needs. We require our applicants to have a minimum of one year of current acute care experience and be up to date on their licensing and credentials. Most of our candidates have at least 5 to 15 years of experience.

Our cutting edge website allows you to manage your account online. Once you set up an account and password, you can log in to your account to view and edit your company profile, review and approve employee timesheets, and post comments. At Care-Corps, we make it easy!

Service Expenses
For permanent positions, we charge the medical facility a percentage of the candidate's annual salary. For short-term assignments, either travel or per diem, we require a minimum of four weeks per contract. Our service fee is all-inclusive and included in the hourly rate we charge you for the temporary employee. This rate includes the employee's wages, payroll taxes, malpractice, worker's compensation and benefits. We also provide our employees with travel and lodging allowances. For large staffing needs, we can be flexible in our fees to you.
